Recruitment process stages

Step 1 – sending applications
Our job posts may usually be found on pracuj.pl and on our web page. Current offers can also be found on our website.
To apply for the job, you should submit their application documents at rekrutacja@coface.pl or fill an application form available on pracuj.pl
We would like your CV to be clear and concise and include specific information regarding names of your previous employers and positions, a list of certificates and trainings completed together with an indication of English mastery level. We make initial recruitment decisions based on the above data.
Step 2 – reply from Coface
If your qualifications and experience outlined in the CV match the job profile, we will make a contact to invite you to an interview or appoint a phone call (for those of you who live outside Warsaw).
Step 3 – an interview with our HR specialist
During the first interview you will meet a person from our HR department who will ask you about your job experience, your professional personality and your expectations.
You may be asked to fill in an additional form on professional and personal development potential. If a post requires good command of the English, part o the interview will be held in English and/or you may be asked to take a test to check your level.
Step 4 – a meeting with the potential line manager
During the following meeting you will meet your potential line manager who will check your subject-matter knowledge. For example, if you are applying for the risk assessment analyst post, he or she may ask you to perform a risk analysis based on an example of a financial statement.
During this stage of recruitment you will find out more about day-to-day work and your future team.
